The other day when we went to the gym I found a book that someone had left behind. It's called Pop Goes the Weasel by James Patterson. I have read quite of few of Patterson's thrillers before and always enjoy them. This is one in the series of Alex Cross books, the detective/psychologist who is on the trail of a serial killer in Washington D.C. Here is Patterson's website with an excerpt from the book:

This book has short chapters and is a quick read. I'm about a third of the way through it already.

I finished this book today. I didn't like the ending and I don't think it's the best of James Patterson's books.
ReplyDeleteI've never read a James Patterson. I guess I won't start with that one then!
ReplyDeleteI think Kiss the Girls is a much better Patterson book - it was a movie too. The Women's Murder Club series is good too. I read The 6th Target. I don't think they need to be read in order.
ReplyDeleteHi Joy,
ReplyDeleteHow is your birthday going? Love you, Scarlet
I have had a very nice birthday today! I received some phone calls and cards and Jackson is cooking dinner tonight. He bought me some chocolates from a store near his office. They get their chocolate from South Africa. I waiting until after dinner to have a piece...:)
