Lavender
Jackson took some pictures of our lavender bush the other day. We bought this small plant in Sequim, WA quite a few years ago and it has really thrived in the backyard. It doesn't take much care either. In the fall I make sachets out of the fragrant lavender.
Wow, it's huge! What a lovely and fragrant plant to have growing in your yard. I'm excited about planning a garden for next year and I wonder if this would grow in our climate too.
I think lavender would grow in most any clinate. I don't know where Lee lives. Joy, I just love the sachet you sent to me for Mother's Day or was it for my birthday. As I told you, I think of you every day loving my sachet.
That is the best lavender planting I've ever seen. It is beautiful. It looks great, and smells wonderful, I'm sure. It is so healthy looking. You have a way with it!

ReplyDeleteLavender is so easy to grow and maintain. It requires so little care. All I do is cut it in the fall and once it dries I can make sachets.
