It has lots o...Corn on the cob is very nutritious. It has lots of fiber soluable and insoluable and lots of vitimins and it is locally grown which is important. A book we have called The Japanese Cancer Prevention Diet (Macrobiotics) says corn on the cob and dill pickles are the best things. I don't know how many times we've had it this summer.
